    - Control all Selection and Backup list.
    - Follow up offer, negotiate and issue contracts.
    - Plan and Control all Mobilization according to the forecast.
    - Visas Assigning and Visas Control.

    - CV sourcing.

DELTA: Spanish company from FCC Group, dedicated to the construction of precast viaducts for metro Riyadh. MENA manage all recruitment locally and overseas (Asia) and manage the HHRR services of the company.
Vilaplano KSA & UAE: Portuguese company involved in construction projects working in the Riyadh metro project in KSA and Dubai Metro Project in UAE. MENA support Vilaplano with its operations in Saudi Arabia and UAE, and manage all the HHRR services in addition to Manpower and Logistic support.
EPSA Group: Spanish company established in Arabia 100% foreign capital. Now they have won their first project, and MENA is supporting them with all human resources management (Block Visa issuance, Recruitment and management of the residence permits of family and expatriation).

MENA acts as representative / advisor for finding business partners and customers for projects in Joint Venture. AQUALIA: Spanish company from FCC Group, dedicated to the implementation of water treatment plant. MENA Manage all the maintenance of the company, recruitment and HHRR services in Saudi Arabia.
SIEMENS: it’s a German Company we are collaborating with SIEMENS from Spain as a Spanish company, implanted in Saudi Arabia with 100% foreign capital. MENA provide maintenance services for the company and HHRR / recruitment services.
INTECSA Industrial: Spanish company, MENA provides and manages recruitment services.
SOCLESA: Spanish company working on projects in Saudi Arabia, MENA provides and manages recruitment services.
