· Bachelor's degree in instructional design, HR, education, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a training consultant or a similar role.
· Training/Coaching certificate such as (CTDP, CTP, TTA) from a well reputable institute.
· In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, and training techniques.
· In-depth knowledge of soft skills competencies.
· Solid experience in orientation and development of employees/personnel.
· Guru in creating and implementing learning activities, apply those learning methods, ensure participants are fully engaged and evaluate their progress.
· Good level in English. Preferable speak Arabic too.
